I’m a musician and music technologist, focusing on implementation of technology to aid in musical expression. My current inspirations include real-time interactive processing, specifically using algorithmic and stochastic processes, polyphonic processing, and spatialization.

I completed a Master's Degree specializing in Interactive Music Performance Systems, studying with Neil Leonard, Judy Dunaway, and Greg Howard. My system implements the Chapman Stick as the sole instrumental input, utilizing the expressive and conceptual opportunities that the instrument's unique design and playing style offer.

My career has encompassed audio and music technology roles, I’ve worked as an audio engineer and technology consultant, designing workstation and studio systems and training users. I’m currently the Senior Director of Academic Technology Facilities at Berklee College of Music, overseeing the Studio Operations, Lab Operations, and session Engineer teams. I’ve also taught workshops on topics such as Max and Max for Live and general controller usage.

This website is for my own personal projects and experiments. I continue to explore where musical and technical aspects meet, and hope to post much of my explorations here.
